Online Revenue Analyst

Our client has been scouring the globe for over 30 years to create a vast inventory of hotels and unique ground travel products and services for their partners and customers. They supply travel wholesalers, tour operators, travel agents, group travel specialists and public websites with the content to create truly exceptional travel experiences. An opportunity has now arisen for an Online Revenue Analyst to join their team.
This role would suit someone with a degree (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills looking to develop their skill set and career with a company that offers scope for progression.
As an Online Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and performance of city and hotel conversion, revenue and margin for your assigned markets. This will include developing and implementing inventory and effective pricing strategies.
Working closely with the site managers and the wider marketing organisation, you will take an active role in identifying and supporting retail activities. You will also be expected to help streamline and develop revenue management processes and improve the effectiveness of preferencing strategies.
You will be tasked with:
- Identifying key sales conversion drivers
- Evaluating, recommending, executing and monitoring pricing strategies
- Analysing the effects of pricing and preferencing strategies
- Researching and defining business requirements for revenue optimisation tools
- Promoting cities and properties
- Identifying process and systems improvements
To be considered for the role of Online Revenue Analyst, you must have:
- Online analytical experience of revenue, pricing or yield
- A degree or a similar tertiary qualification (HND, diploma, or equivalent) in a commercial or numerical subject
Additionally, you must be confident in drawing conclusions and making decisions based on data from multiple, unrelated sources. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also key.
