Data Administrator – Cannock (Temporary 6–9 months)

Location: Cannock

Job type: Temporary ongoing role (6–9 months)

Salary: £13.88 per hour (circa £26,705 per annum)

Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday–Thursday 08:30–16:30, Friday 08:30–16:00 (office-based)

Our established Cannock client is known for its strong industry reputation, supportive environment, and excellent facilities. They are seeking a diligent Interim Data Administrator to join the team at a prestigious distribution centre for a 6–9 month project.

Key Responsibilities Data Administrator:

This role is focused on high-volume, accurate data entry to help bring the product range up to standard.

  • Enter high volumes of product data accurately into the system
  • Update records with technical details (sizes, materials, specs), descriptions, codes, pack sizes, and other key data
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness
  • Follow defined processes and templates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information

Requirements Data Administrator:

  • Experience in data entry or data administration
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable handling large data sets
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with systems and Excel
