Role Summary
Join leading automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
- Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
- May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
- Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
- Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
- Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years
- Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs
- Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.
Shift Pattern:
- Days: 06:00 – 14:28
- Lates: 15:15 – 23:43
