I'm looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a committed and fast paced team on the factory floor, drive daily targets, and keep quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a production team
- Keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensuring top-tier food safety and quality standards
- Supporting stock control and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Experience in food manufacturing supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Solid understanding of food safety & H&S
