The Role
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Maintain health & safety compliance
- Track programme and progress
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager
- Background in residential or commercial projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
