Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing electrical installation works on large-scale commercial developments.

Electrical Supervsior Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.
• Manage electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaise with project managers, site managers, clients, and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with planning, material management, and workforce allocation.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and industry standards.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid CSCS/ECS card.
