Healthcare Assistant

  • Competitive Pay Rate £12.71-£14.50ph (depending on shift pattern)
  • Full-Time 37.5hrs per week

Job Summary

Minerva Nursing is currently recruiting experienced Female Healthcare Assistants with strong clinical skills and previous hospital experience to join a busy healthcare setting in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and compassionate individuals who are confident working within multidisciplinary teams and supporting high standards of patient care.

Essential Requirements

Experience

  • Previous experience working within a Private/NHS hospital setting
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of risks to patients
  • Experience supporting patient care within acute or clinical environments

Clinical Skills

Candidates must be competent and experienced in:

  • ECG recording
  • Phlebotomy
  • Bladder scanning
  • Cannulation

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under guidance to optimise time and resources effectively
