The Role
We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings
- Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components
- Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns)
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
- Work to production targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Timber/wood experience (advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Confidence using tools (training provided)
